The coordinating doctor contributes through his/her action to the caring quality of care for beneficiaries, in conjunction with Management.

MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES:

MANAGE AND DEVELOP THE MEDICAL ACTIVITY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

  • Define and implement the establishment’s medical policy
  • Establish, with the assistance of the healthcare team, an annual medical activity report
  • Monitor the quality of care and advise on measures to be implemented if necessary

LEAD AND MANAGE MEDICAL AND PARAMEDICAL STAFF

  • Bring medical expertise to the entire multidisciplinary team
  • Provide assistance and advice to the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure the organization of care
  • Attend meetings
  • Collect and transmit observations orally and in writing, necessary for continuity of care and traceability requirements

PARTICIPATE IN PREVENTION, SCREENING AND HEALTH EDUCATION ACTIONS

  • Identify possible risks to public health in establishments and ensure the implementation of all measures useful for the prevention, monitoring and management of these risks
  • Participate in prevention, screening and vaccination campaigns

KEEP UPDATED, DEVELOP AND TRANSMIT YOUR SKILLS

  • Welcome, support and train trainees in training, or new hires
  • Ensure monitoring in your field of activity
  • Share information with the multidisciplinary team

RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Define the medical policy for professional practice evaluations
  • Develop a list, by class, of medications to be used preferentially, in collaboration with the community pharmacist agreed with the establishment
  • Prevent infectious risks, contribute to the implementation and updating of the DARI and its action plan

Holder of a doctorate in medicine, you ideally have initial experience.

Organized, rigorous and patient, you place your mission at the service of the people supported to guarantee the quality of care in an ethical and caring dimension.

You demonstrate team spirit, autonomy and adaptability.
