Bioforce is looking for its Admissions Officer for its Africa Office in Dakar. You will have the following main missions:

  • Participate in optimizing the recruitment of candidates in compliance with the admission criteria of each of Bioforce Africa’s training courses;
  • Inform, guide, advise and support candidates taking into account their profiles and professional projects and also in the use of the CRM tool (…).


Within the communications department or planning and recruitment department? your main missions will be to:

Participate in the promotion of the training offer of the Bioforce Africa training center:

  • Participate in the implementation of BioforceAfrique promotional activities, in conjunction with the communications team
  • Collaborate with the communications team to identify communication support needs, collect customer feedback;
  • Contribute to improving the use of the CRM tool
  • Ensure telephone follow-ups

Monitor, advise and support candidates until their registration:

  • Ensure qualitative processing of individual requests for training offered by Bioforce Afrique (admission process, processing application files, etc.)
  • Provide support for the activation of the candidate space in the CRM;
  • Ensure the updating of the CRM file database of candidates Communication/registration
  • Monitor all candidate management activity in the CRM management tool;
  • Answer questions from people who have applied for the CRM (FM and FCP)

  • Ensure follow-ups by email or telephone to candidates

Knowledge & experience

Professional experience in the field of customer relations or as an admissions officer would be desirable.

You have knowledge of programs and admission procedures in establishments. You have mastery of office tools, particularly the Office Pack.

Proficiency in the use of a CRM is desirable.


Bac +2/3 in the field of commerce, communication or customer relations.


You are organized, rigorous, responsive, and autonomous. You know how to take initiatives and prioritize your missions. You are proactive and have a sense of negotiation.

You have excellent listening and communication skills, and you are proficient in information and communication technologies. You have a real team spirit.
