Recruit recurring individual donors through face to face (or face to face) and support their loyalty, in line with the office’s guidelines, policies, processes and procedures, in order to generate sustainable income for the country office.

1. Carry out search and acquisition actions for individual donors, applying the face-to-face recruitment technique or another defined by immediate supervision, with the aim of adding value and maximizing income for the well-being of girls, boys and young people.
2. Monitor and follow up on the fulfillment of goals established in the plan to attract recurring individual donors.
3. Support the loyalty of individual donors, and additional actions related to fundraising instructed by immediate supervision.

Position Structure Dimensions
• The position will be part of the Dominican Republic Local Fundraising Services Center.
• In your day-to-day work you will report to the Coordination of Individual Donors or, failing that, to the Fundraising and Communication Manager.
• This position will work in coordination with the Digital Fundraising Expert.

University or technology student in marketing, communications, public relations or similar.
• Experience between 1 and 3 years in sales of intangible products or services, handling objections, closing sales, customer service.
• Knowledge and management of sales techniques.
• High-level communication skills (assertive communication) to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including existing and potential donors.
• Management of Windows Office environment programs at the user level.
• It would be of added value to hire young people from the communities in which we work.
